A SHORT FIRST LOOK
Try an immersive demo
Take a short look before choosing your next watch. Try a 20-second 360° preview, or open a stereoscopic video sample in a compatible headset.
On a computer, drag a 360° picture to look around. True surrounding viewing and binocular 3D require a compatible headset and immersive player. A normal browser window cannot reproduce the headset experience.

360° • NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC
Meet the elephants.
Try the opening 20 seconds of Elephant Encounter in 360, from National Geographic’s Okavango series.
Loading connects to YouTube. Press Play, then drag to look around if the player supports it. Source format is 360°; stereo depth is not verified.
STEREOSCOPIC 3D • HEADSET SAMPLE
See a picture with depth.
The Immersive Web project provides a stereo-video player sample. Load it here or open it directly in your headset’s browser, then use its VR control if available. This sample is not limited to 20 seconds.
Loading connects to immersive-web.github.io and its media hosts. A compatible immersive browser, headset and permission are required. If no VR control is available, use the direct link or a supported headset browser. Headset playback has not been tested by us.
Make the jump from preview to immersion.
- Open the matching provider app on your headset.
- Find the exact title from the card; avoid a flat trailer with a similar name.
- Select immersive viewing where offered. For YouTube on Quest, leave panel mode using “Watch in Immersive”.
- Use the video’s original format. A 360 label alone does not confirm stereoscopic 3D.
